First Bridge Foundation (FBF) is a Kenyan community-centric NGO dedicated to implementing impactful, evidence-based solutions to challenges that devastate impoverished communities. We focus on building the resilience of vulnerable populations so they can achieve sustainable self-reliance — safeguarding, sustaining, and improving their livelihoods.
What We Do
Empowering the Future: Supporting children with education, care, and protection.
Strengthening Families: Equipping adults with opportunities for growth and self-reliance.
Caring for the Vulnerable: Meeting the immediate needs of the elderly, babies, children, the sick, and the disabled.

Crop and livestock production in drought-prone counties
Healthcare access and support
Education initiatives for children and youth

Social protection for the most vulnerable


Our Mandate
To identify and work in programming areas where the Foundation can provide both leadership and initiatives for the children and elderly people to eradicate poverty, illiteracy, improve health services provision and promote self-reliance through sponsored vocational training for the young people
